Tranquil Gardens goal is to ensure that you get the services that you need, yet we understand that homecare services can sometimes be expensive so we have created service packages that are less expensive than if you were to pay for each individual service separately.  Below are examples of our service packages. 

 

 

Service Package #1:

 

  • One RN/LPN visit per month

  • One Care Manager visit per month

  • 10 hours per week of personal care services

  • Morning and bedtime telephone check in services 

  • Weekly home cleaning services

Service Package #2:

 

  • One RN/LPN visit every other month

  • 6 hours per week of companion care services

  • Bi-weekly home cleaning services

  • One call from a Care Manager per week
