Tranquil Gardens is locally owned and operated and is comprised of a team of well educated, skilled and experienced professionals who are experts in the business of caring for others.  We take great pride in the work that we do with our clients.  Most of us have had very personal experiences with being caregivers for our own love ones, so we accept each and every client as if they were our own mom or dad, grandma or grandpa.  We don’t have to work hard to be caring or compassionate toward our clients and their families, that comes very naturally and easily.  So our clients feel safe, respected, and well care for.  Families can exhale knowing their love ones are getting the highest quality of care in the comfort of their home.   

 

Tranquil Gardens takes a holistic approach to the wellness of our clients.  We are interested in not only physiological aspects, but the social and mental health aspects of our clients as well. This holistic approach includes family caretakers and our team of experts in comprising a care plan for your love one.  Depending on the client’s individualized care plan, this multidisciplinary team may include, but not limited to:

  • Certified/Geriatric Nursing Assistants (CNAs/GNAs)

  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

  • Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Social Workers

  • Care Managers

  • Clinical Psychologists

Our qualified homecare staff have met the highest standards by participating in a rigorous selection process.  Our caregivers have been assessed on multiple levels including: personality, dependability, honesty and integrity.  Tranquil Gardens caregivers have also met the minimum qualifications during the selection process:

  • At least one year current experience in care giving.

  • Hold valid state licenses or certifications for professional positions.

  • Pass criminal background and drug tests.

  • Favorable job and personal reference checks.

  • Favorable physical examination.

  • Current cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aide certifications.

Additionally, all of Tranquil Gardens caregivers are fully insured, bonded and covered by workers compensation insurance.

Tranquil Gardens caregivers are also required participate in ongoing continuing education and training.
